Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) under general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the time at which a concrete infringement becomes know. As soon as we become aware of corresponding legal infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose contents we have no influence. We can therefore not assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal content was not detected at the time of linking.

A constant monitoring of the contents of the linked pages, however, is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. As soon as we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove these links immediately.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are observed. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. As soon as we become aware of legal infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Compliance

Since the company was founded, mutual trust, honesty, predictability and straightforward internal and external behaviour have been the basic principles that are firmly anchored in our company and are lived every day.

We are concerned not only with complying with the applicable rules and laws, but also with the corresponding internal attitude of our employees, which is an essential component of sustainable corporate success. And precisely this internal attitude needs to be supported.

Our employees must therefore strictly comply with all national and international regulations. On the basis of our corporate values, we derive concrete rules of conduct to make them transparent to our employees, as well as our customers, suppliers and other business partners. These rules are summarised once again in our Code of Compliance.

Group-wide whistleblower system – SpeakUp reporting hotline
With our Code of Compliance, we commit ourselves to behaving with integrity in our mutual dealings, as well as with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. It is often the information provided by third parties that leads to the discovery of economic crime. For this reason, we have set up a system with which we can be given information about criminal activities or serious compliance violations, the internet-based BKMS system (Business Keeper Monitoring System).

You can provide information through the BKMS system either under your name or anonymously. As open communication is very important to us, we would like to encourage you to give us your name when making comments. We guarantee that all your information will be treated with strict confidentiality and that we will take the interests worthy of protection of all parties involved into account.

In order to pass on information to us, all you have to do is create a letterbox in the BKMS system so that we can contact you in case of queries. You also have the possibility to communicate anonymously via the letterbox and add further information to your reports.

The BKMS system is used exclusively to draw attention to suspected white-collar crime or defined, serious compliance violations within the Würth Group. Misuse of the system for other purposes may constitute a criminal offence.

You can send your information to the system here:

Many thanks for your support!
